INSURANCE CLAIM MANAGEMENT

The reasons someone calls our office are often in times of stress. A customer could have a hole in their roof, a foot of water on their floor, or a fire at their business. First, an HCS account manager will meet with the customer. Then a full inspection will occur. Once the inspection is complete a complimentary estimate will be provided.
Some projects have the potential to be covered by insurance. At HCS we offer insurance claim management. Each customer has an HCS account manager that will guide you from the start to finish of a customer’s projects.
There are various options on how you can pay for your roofing and restoration work with HCS. We offer financing options. Our finance package will notify you within a few minutes if you qualify. Each customer can also pay cash, check, or credit card. All credit card transactions come with a small fee.
Once a customer project is complete you will receive a walk-through with your account manager to ensure that the customer is 100% satisfied.
Our office is open 365 days a year and 24 hours a day. There is no way to predict when you will need our services. So a team member is always standing by to assist your family.
